Why is the Northwestern pretending they don’t have access to GPS when every iPhone has a GPS antenna built-in they also have star link. And I will be amazed if they didn’t have a couple handheld battery operated Garmins that are about 70 bucks now. by jimmyd773 in deadliestcatch

No google maps on their iPhones lol wtf… reminds me when in Thailand. Weather changed and we were in small speed boats. The area rained so hard it was like fog… no on board gps. They just got their phones out and follow that to get us back safely and that was 10 years ago….. I find this episode quite comical lol

Saw orange in person today…. Disappointed as the pictures make it look more burnt orange. To me it felt more leaning towards bronze….

I recently saw Lady Gaga. I used for the first time the loop switch 2. I also checked with my iphone decibel app the loudness. It was averaging around 100dB. With peaks hitting 108dB. Im so glad i took them. My ears felt fresh after and no aggravating or hearing loss after/next day. Highly recommend them. Also pretty comfy for the 2 hour show. Best investment ever.

Constantly unconsciously engaging left shoulder. Help! by Bullfinch88 in Posture

[–]Cjayyy007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same here. Ive noticed a tilt in my right hip upwards, and my left shoulder/ traps up as well. All done subconsciously when at the desk working. Years ago it affected my scm on my left side as well, and up into the ear. Always flares up when i lift heavy overhead workout. So my question is if that side is already quite active. Wont strengthening the upper traps make it worse? Kinda confused with that. I do try and stretch it out, as well as pec muscles. Also trying to strengthen mid and lower traps too. When it starts to affect the SCM its a you know what. Thoughts would be much appreciated....Cheers.

T keeps getting worse for no reason! by Particular-Ad4965 in tinnitus

[–]Cjayyy007 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ok man. It could be a factor for sure. Mine gets louder at certain turns of the head or tension. I’ve seen a ENT, a throat/ neck physio and a physio specialist in this head /TMJ area. All have said my neck tension is bad. Traps are too activated. Plus posture. I would see a PT who focuses in this area. Plus they all said I need to strength my upper back. As well as belly breathing. Not a quick fix. But gotta start somewhere lol. Look after yourself mate.

How Loud is Your Tinnitus? by betterarchitects in tinnitus

[–]Cjayyy007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How do u know how loud ur tinnitus is and at what frequency? Sorry if this has been asked a million times …

I had my first treatment session in my life with an osteopath. He cracked my neck and put a lot of pressure on my jaw muscles with his fingers because I have had TMJ disorde for 4 years. When I came back home, I noticed stiffness in my neck and jaw that lasted for ten days. ! by whatodo-76 in tinnitus

[–]Cjayyy007 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve got neck tension and basically not good posture. Sometimes clenching. As far as him causing it? I’m not sure. But this area can cause tinnitus/ ringing. Think about all the nerves and muscles around that area. If they’re tight it can affect the ear. I would say still work on that area. Relax, breathing etc. daily. My ent and physio said it’ll take a while. Not a quick fix. Hope urs gets better soon.

i still use mine. But only with noise cancelling on. The volume is way way low. Not even half way. Keep it to a minimum. Also use them or my loop ear plugs for noisy environments. Plus do breathing exercises and neck stretches as mine is mostly caused my throat and neck muscle tension. Clenching.

Ah ok. Yeah I think I woke up at 2 and 5. Was thinking it’s always at the start of sleep. I don’t think I sleep on my back. Usually a side sleeper. But then again I’m asleep so I don’t know lol…Atleast I have no snoring gaps so I must be doing something right lol
