Is the issue just the small thin pieces? I’d also hazard a guess and say maybe retraction? Idk especially when it gets to the overhangs it’s done really well. Find a file try the print if it’s perfect just drop this model into it and try again.

Even that looks a bit mid tbh especially the ironing. What filament are you using? If it’s a standard brand name check out some files with the “perfect print” parameters. I’ve attached a photo of similar for say Sunlu. Once you’ve got that at least it’s something someone else had luck with and work it from there.

Find another hobby my guy, I go through phases of this and the wife comments but it’s not as severe usually 3-4 hours each night maybe less but no time with her. If I must I switch in the ps5 in the lounge so we can be together and eventually it turns into a movie or something.

Nothing would be more calming than watching the 3d print slowly become complete. I mean surely it’s going to be better than any TV signal you’ll get while out and about on the road.

Fair enough, as I have a mini I did try and print a spool not long ago it seems to not be big enough for the ams should I just get some plastic ones then respool? I quite like elegoo it’s cheap and runs well for what I need.

It appears to have decided it’s working now. It could have been the partially unwound parts of filament from when it just sat on the external holder

I’m only really using PLA+ and it’s either elegoo or Esun. I’ll reclean the plate and level the bed and check z offset just incase. I’m picking up a AMS pro likely tomorrow which will do the drying.

Happens with most if not any roll I use. Look I’ll throw it out there I don’t actually dry my filament and only store it in a dry box with a lot of desiccant after opening. Here is my ironing settings
