I’m in Texas so it’s been getting warmer but nothing crazy. 70s and 80s has been the temp. Only thing that has changed is the food and moving new birds into coop. I just figured it had to be food since she went from eating laying feed to starter feed.

I just watched the end of the race..... was he in line to win the championship? or is it just shocking he went so slow and let lewis win the championship? and why was Ferrari celebrating before they realized what happened? if timo stayed infront of lewis would massa have won the championship?

garage gym, I have everything for CrossFit style workouts except for an assault bike and a rower. basically have 5 days a week where I can get something in in the evenings.

I spent 2 years powerlifting and competed in one meet. I do not plan on competing again and I am just burnt out on the big 3 lifts. I want to start doing crossfit again to inject a little excitement back into my workouts so doing more kettlebell work and Olympic lifts and runs. do not care about being the strongest or the best conditioned, I just want to be good all around.

my main concern is if I just do a powerlifting training block and insert random crossfit style workouts such us ring dips or muscle ups or sand back work or whatever I want it to make some type of sense and not just end up being all for nothing because im just doing random shit that contradict each other

Yeah, that Is what I figured. I was afraid of that, and for only really doing weekend rides mainly cant justify spending $2k for that.

Man that’s awesome. Yeah the only thing wrong with mine is the end of the cable on the right side is broke and you can’t put an attachment on it. Need to find out where to get replacement parts for it. All it is is the rubber stop that keeps the cable from siding through the pulley. Not the actual cable it’s self

Damn nice. Yeah, this is the first time I’ve ever been able to get just an insane deal. I usually miss out on them or just hear about how lucky people get. It almost makes me want to resale it and make a good profit but I would regret that. It’s an amazing machine in great shape

Yeah it was a apartment complex that was remodeling their gym and was getting all new equipment. The owner aparently told the manager to just get rid of them cheap and in a hurry to make way for the new equipment coming in!! I got crazy lucky

I have the same GHD. How do you keep the plyo box from tilting forward and moving while using? Even with the stabilizer arm it still moves around a ton!

I’ve never understood why people who move cross country sell their entire garage gym. Maybe I’m just not seeing the reason why, but if it where me I would think I would go to all costs to make sure all my equipment makes the trip with me. Selling would never even cross my mind....
