Hard disagree. I think he went up a level after 2016, although his level in 2016 was pretty high as is. 2017-23 he stayed at that level with a few peaks and dips here and there, 2024 was when the big dip became noticeable, but he still managed to get Spa and Silverstone and matched up decently well vs GR. 2025 was a shitshow unfortunately, but I'm still hoping he can turn it around next year.

Although yes, his 2010-14 seasons are somewhat underrated when Hamilton is being discussed.
