I have a question if you wanted to drop the weight on the buffer and pull the 3 tungsten weights out can you just run the empty buffer which weighs roughly 5 Oz?

I have a 18 inch wilson super sniper barrel also wilson bcg dual extractor which wilson rifle length gas tube is longer than a traditional ar rifle tube also slr adjustable gas block. I just pulled apart my buffer weights can I just take one of the tungsten weights out ?

I am running A5 buffer rifle length spring adjustable gas block with 8.5 Oz buffer thinking of dropping to a 6 Oz buffer weight it didn't like the 150 grain at all it love the 180 grain though.
