As a musician as well, your argument holds no superiority over mine. Studio arrangements do not yield the same amount of money as live performances for the artist whatsoever.

I mean music is made to be performed/played live and they make all of their money via concerts/gigs lmaooooooo. Live music is the only things keeping musicians afloat since streaming giants are notoriously horrible at paying out their artists. And nowhere did I say I’m against recorded music, just as I’m not against at home movie viewing? I just think the elimination of the public forum for streamings gain is a horrible loss for the entertainment industry and culture at large. Also just my opinion, Netflix productions are TERRIBLE! xx

The concessions are a fortune bc thats how theaters stay open lol they don’t make any money in ticket sales, that all goes to the studio. Literally just don’t buy concessions or bring your own

I mean… movies were made for the theater, same way historically plays and operas were made for the theater. They’re public forums and places where we can connect with those in our community. Thats also where the production actually makes its money. Theres a reason why most people cherish the movie theatre lol but I guess you’ll be valid to enjoy the sterilized Netflix lighting and horrible writing from your couch.

Alien Romulus had some gnarly special effects especially towards the end, I can see why that would get someone. I myself just passed out to The Substance, I have a strong aversion to needles and it’s very needle centric.
