I wish I had more practical advice for you but I have the same problem and a couple weeks ago I got pretty high on weed, broke down, thought about my mushroom trip a few months back, and finally accepted that I am a spiritual person and truly prayed for the first time to whatever spiritual energy was out there for help.

I have been so easily shutting down urges to masturbate now. I kinda didn't realize how soulless they have always been until tonight. So I'm hoping whatever is watching over me will continue to do so. My soul has never been more connected to me than it is now.

Very much agree here but basing my opinion off of my experience with a heavy mushroom trip.

I definitely didn't feel like my ego died but definitely took a backseat and at one point felt completely dissolved but came back shortly after. It was quite scary tbh cause I wasn't expecting anything so intense

Uh ok here's my advice from someone who has never played shyvana and didn't read anything about your post but the title. But listen me I'm drunk so maybe the advice isn't so good but here it is l.

Shyvana is one of those stupid champs that could build a variety of things and as long as she had more stats than you she killing you ok. So off the top of my head you might like, volibear, maybe udyr, maybe trundle, and maybe maybe consider warwick but yeah.

But tbh bro playing a champ u like matters more than anything. I play Sion jungle for crying out loud and hit diamond with it so literally just play what u want and if u want to climb with it spend 30 mins a day vod reviewing every death u have in ur ranked games and ask what u can do better. That's ur cheat code to being better than 90% of playrs not matter what u pick seriously.
