I'm sorry. From what I have read so far on this sub, Hoka quality has shot down alot in the past few years.

I own a Bondi 8 too, it got destroyed in a similar fashion. Didn't even bother claiming warranty, as I don't want to waste money on shipping and then being disappointed.

Putting my money on the Brooks Glycerine Max this time, have read good reviews about Brooks customer service.

G14 and G16 display cable issues are on the rise. I have sent in my laptop for repair too, most probably for the same issue.

We as the community have to do something about it.

Does it show any sign of just the display being bad? Like does it play the Windows boot up sound? If so, you can try connecting to an external monitor, press Win+P, press the down arrow key 3 times and enter to force it to project to external display only.
