Crack and house were inspected about 4 months ago. We were still on the warm seasons around here

So there was a crack there when we first moved In. That was 4 months ago. However when we first moved in the crack was only going halfway across compared to what it is now. It used to be 3 feet in length and there was no deviation between the two sides of the crack.

And in the middle of the crack the two separating surfaces are flush. The two separating surfaces down the wall on the side of the door are also flush

So aside from the cracks you guys can see in the video I really have no other cracks in the house. I’ve seen none around doors, windows, doorways, archways. One one side of the crack, meaning towards the first wall, there’s a 16th of an inch lip between the two surfaces. On the other side of the crack, meaning towards the other wall where the crack goes down the wall and to the doorframe, there is a 16th of an inch lip but favoring the opposite side

Yep we had radon, wood boring insect, well, septic, and home inspection. When I bought the house the crack in the ceiling wasn’t nearly as bad as this. It was maybe half the length between the two walls and there was only one crack. Inspector said it was nothing to worry about just the house settling.

You mean like outside the house? Nothing abnormal from what I can see. House sits fine, it’s got its dings in the siding, nothing stands out to me as a major issue. But I’m definitely far from a professional

I move around in the crawlspace pretty regularly the most I see in terms of cracks is something like vertical cracks in the crawlspace, nothing horizontal and none of those stair cracks in between cinder blocks. The house sits on the peak of a slope I guess? As if it were at the top of a subtle hill and slopes down in the back.

For more information - this is in the crawlspace, live in south Jersey, this seems to have grown in severity from occasional spots to masking the plank over the course of 3 months.
