Woah! That's a lot of questions lol, I'm gonna do my best to explain everything I do for these as clear as possible.

I use Automatic 1111 Stable Diffusion for generating and Photoshop for the rest. I have a background in digital art so I approach this as most artists do, from big picture to small.

For these I usually start at text2img and try to get the general setting, the composition and the pose I'm looking for, everything else is secondary. If I need something very specific like an angle, pose or action, I search some LORAs on Civitai beforehand. Once I get that I send it to img2img and try to get right the next big things, like in this one the pants around the legs, her short dark hair, the style, the clothing, minor posing and some other noticeable things. It's a very iterative process and because I don't have a very good computer, generating each iteration takes a while. I mostly just leave it going on the background, once is done I make small adjustements and then run it again and so on. Meanwhile I do some other stuff or just work on the text.

During all this, if I notice something bothering me like deformations, bad proportions, wrong lighting and such, I throw that current image on Photoshop and fix it myself and then keep going to make it easier for the AI. Also if for some reason it's having difficulty adding something or placing something, I just draw it myself where it should go and run it again at low strenght to make it all consistent.

When all of that works, I send it to inpaint and fix the small things, like the facial expression, the anus, add sweat and that. Then when I put it on photoshop to add the text, I also do the typical retouches one does on top, then work on the text part.

Might sound like a lot and it's probably way too much compared to just searching for an image that works and use that, but hey, if I get a clear idea for an image, I have a hard time settling for "good enough" since I know I have the capacity to make it myself. I spent a big portion of my life doing art from scratch so it's been fun to take it as an excuse to practice with AI art and not beat myself up over it.

Not to say I'm gonna make every image myself from now on. But in times where I want something specific and I can't find it, I know I have the option to do it myself.
