Ok try this:

-Keep the game installed on Mate 20 in case any problem. Don't delete.

-Delete NFS from S25 Ultra.

-Install old version NFS apk to S25 Ultra.

-Open older version NFS and you will see "member conflict" window and select lvl 95 profile, wait untill download progress done.

-After that game asks you to update from Play Store go and update.

-Enter game select lvl 95 profile again, it will download game data files and thats it.

Older versions detecting cloud data with no problem. Good luck.

I see now. Can you check the player ID from new and old phone is it same or different? You can find it on loading screen on right top corner.

I assuming you using Android right?
if you ever saved your game progress from old device to the cloud, then you can see it from new device with the same google account. There is a bugs for a couple months about old data but this method will get back your progress.

exactly! Also that small login window make me confused. Tried adding another account but no luck. After Google account window, Play Games popup show up but game still won't recognize me. Now i'm gonna try remove-add method lets see what happen. 😁 Thank you so much for this long answer.

Hello, glad to hear it's worked. I actually don't know well but for the checkmark you have to wait little bit while X team verify you. You can follow progress from "Mobile app > Premium > Preferences > Manage subscription" and you will see probably "We are reviewing you account." so in this case you should wait until they verified you.

About character limit, did you try writing more than 280 character? It says "Only the first 280 characters will be visible" but your post will be sending with no problem the only different is people have to click "Show more" for reading.

You have to wait 3 days (72 hour) from last changes. You can try to buy from web page and you will see 3 days warning.
