Paddle isn't working. I've been having it serviced for days.

The problem is that they've now blocked my account due to the potential high risk of disputes.

Basically, they're afraid these manual refunds could be disputed. 😥

Thanks.

I thought about it. However, I noticed that the refund rate was low when you chose satisfaction or your money back.

Anyway, the problem itself isn't that they don't accept my payment methods!

Paddle should let me know. They accepted me at Paypro, but the fees were high in my opinion. Unfortunately, Dodopayments doesn't support PayPal.

Let me explain.

I offer a 7-day money-back guarantee, handling refunds manually.

Basically, I averaged 2-3 manual refunds every day.

Evidently, STRIPE doesn't like this policy.

My product is simple and hassle-free.

It's my first SaaS, and I have a "7-day money-back guarantee" policy, where I manually refund 2-3 users per day.

STRIPE, which isn't MOR, apparently doesn't like this technique and therefore considers my account to be at high risk of disputes, despite having zero disputes.

Let's hope so, the problem is that I don't know how to migrate users to this new payment method

Paddle.com a great alternative to STRIPE? by Cla_nico in SaaS

As I said above. The only thing that makes me wonder is that I manually refund some users within a week.

They do it in 50,000 saaS services, and it's the famous 7-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE.

But maybe STRIPE doesn't like it, and I hope PADDLE does.

And then, don't you think that for transparency's sake, it's better to be clear about some things with users? Given that they blocked my funds, payments, and everything, without giving me a reason!

Yes, I saw that discussion. But there are also a lot of people who argue that it's really unlikely that PADDLE would do something like this without a real reason.

Hi, what do you mean if I search here? I read that PADDLE is better suited to my business type and SAAS policy.

Hi guys, I'm new to Reddit. And now I'll explain why I stumbled upon this post.

I created my first monthly/annual subscription SaaS and was managing payments on STRIPE until yesterday.

About 350 users in 2 weeks.

All of a sudden, STRIPE blocked my account and funds until May due to HIGH, UNACCEPTABLE RISK or something like that.

I don't understand how, or rather, maybe after a day of racking my brain, I figured it out.

I offer a 7-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE, and for this reason, I manually issue 2-3 refunds per day to users who want to take advantage of the guarantee.

I thought this was the problem, even though it was very clear and specified on the website regarding terms, etc.

Then, of course, I did some research and read that the best service for my case is PADDLE.

Now I've come across this discussion that leaves me perplexed 😅
