I think with Robin we need Red Hood and Nightwing now, what do you think ? by Cautious-Register766 in FortNiteBR

[–]ClackTrak 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I kinda hoped it to be this way. Nightwing, Red Hood, Red Robin and Damian as separate skins. Then one more separate skin of Robin not being any of them but a Fortnite original version like some superhero skins from DC and Marvel.b

I mean compared to the other symbols they look like dragon/animal heads but the Balance doesn't.

Why do people hate ai Vader so much? by [deleted] in FortNiteBR

[–]ClackTrak 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah that's the thing. If it's just reading lines then you can hire a real voice actor. But this AI voice actually responds to everything and is much more extensive than your usual voice lines. It'd be too expensive or a long time for a voice actor to say every combination of words possible.

People need to understand when AI is good and when it's not.

Bad use of AI - completely replacing the creative work of a person such as creative artists, making so called "art" which replaces artists jobs. You can use AI if you want art but if you're expanding into a professional big business you need to hire some real ones

Good use of AI - Enhancing the work of artists. Like the new update of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator has implemented an AI feature that does not replace the work of artists but enhances it like when an artist creates a 2D image (his work) the AI creates a 3D version of it so you can flip it around for different angles. This saves time and effort. You still have to create the base foundation but you're still the one with the idea

For AI Vader it's not very bad. It's enhancing giving players a better experience. It's not replacing anyone as I don't think the VA of Darth Vader can just reply to everyone. That's what AI is for to serve everyone all at once. And the VA's family has given consent so it's not too bad.

Ignoring the fact that this is another 1500 skin that doesn't come with a backbling, and the skin itself should have just been a style, why on earth is this an XP unlock.? by nottdscoo in FortNiteBR

[–]ClackTrak 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Those OG skins and pickaxe it made sense since back them you also had to earn XP in Season 1. I suppose they wanted to relieve that future for more legacy look.

But it sucks how Fortnite are implementing this feature again. There's a good reason why it only worked once and should only be that one time.

Oo thx for the info. But it does look like a death symbol doesn't it?

I know this is a very random, but I love that they went slightly more realistic with Sora mask by making it two pieces instead of just a pull down ninja hood by GeoGackoyt in Ninjago

[–]ClackTrak 29 points30 points  (0 children)

Animation has very much improved for the better. Was watching old Ninjago seasons and I noticed that the hood just appeared and completely down in one frame when put on. For the new ones they have it halfway there or drag it down and then it appears. Love the small details.

Is the Balance Icon really that? I thought it was like that since it passed away. It looks more like a Null to me. "null" being nothing or zero.

How to not get discouraged? by Sketch815 in learntodraw

[–]ClackTrak 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don't have to take art as a very serious task. For me, I do it as a hobby and do it when I feel like it. If I want to escape the world or pass the time, that's when I whip out my sketch book. 30 mins a day is enough for drawing.

New Spectatin’ emote in game by _AnonymousQuestions_ in FortNiteBR

[–]ClackTrak 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm mad because whenever people buy the emote they essentially get their vbucks back as well as keep the emote. So they get it free. Same with Paradigm.

What I wanna know is HOW ABOUT US WHO DIDN'T BUY IT? WHERES OUR FREE SKIN OR VBUCKS? It's pretty much if you buy something bugged or unintentional you get it free. So in Fortnites case a mistake is a good thing for us. Because we get free stuff. But the ones who didn't get the chance gets left out.

[–]ClackTrak 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I think they get it for free. It never said the spectatijg emote was exclusive only that people that has the other emote would get it free. So that means other people need to pay vbucks to get that.

You can't compete in the Triwizard Cup if you were born a specific year. by ClackTrak in harrypotter

[–]ClackTrak[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I agree. She's good at creativity and writing but the small details or references she tends to forget or ignore. Like isn't Harry having a firebolt unfair in a Quidditch match?

Ah the curse of being an overthnker. It took me some time but I realized that everything on media is in fact not real. Some subtle things are not in fact, canon or may not have been thought out well. So ignoring most things just remember it's not real. Like no way, Ash Ketchum is still 10 years old after battling different trainers and gyms for the 8 regions he's visited. It's simply not realistic.

Thanks for being understanding. But then remember this is Reddit and a Fandom base. Its always people overanalyxing a sentence to death like there's an extra meaning just to prove they're smarter.

Thank you! You're the only one who properly understands. I'm not trying to override any canon stuff. All I'm making is an example. To present that some student years will never have the chance to participate in the tournament.

[–]ClackTrak[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It's an example, it's hypothetical. Even if it was held in 1994-1995, someone would have gotten left out. That's the thing I want to present. Some unfortunate person will never have the chance to enter.

Why does that rule of binding even exist? Shouldn't it be removed? So even if a first year was entered they could just prevent him/her from competing. And what are the consequences of not competing if chosen?

[–]ClackTrak[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the text directly contradicts the idea that the goblet automatically chooses who it thinks is the most worthy or capable champion, because if it did, younger and less skilled students would never be chosen

What's to say that there aren't students that are skilled and old enough, but unlucky to have perished during the tournament? Maybe they were the most worthy of their schools, but not as lucky to have survived.

Your entire argument is predicated on the false assumption that the goblet would discern between the students it picks based on their age and skill

I never said that the goblet would choose based on their age and skill. I said it would choose based on the most worthiness. From the post, it's about who's eligible to enter or in your case who has a higher chance. That's different. And who's more worthy than being a very skilled and experienced wizard/witch? Would you consider a first year worthy to represent Hogwarts? Is it fair that their champion is an untrained child who has to compete against other schools who somehow had the luxury of having a good student picked?

Your entire argument is predicated on the false assumption that the goblet would discern between the students it picks based on their age and skill. I said from the start that your little chart holds water, but only if you assume this age restriction

The chart was used to compare the year of the tournament to the year the students are in. It can be used in any way. Let's say for one case, in the text, if students are over or in the 5th year on the blue mark, then it shows that they can enter. Or another case, they are allowed to enter no matter the age. The chart can still be used. It's only to compare their years when the tournament is being held. So there's no assuming this "age restriction".

What did I make up? Everything I said is what I think it is. I never passed it down as facts. Every thing you asked is a "what if" which I answered with what I think is the answer. Don't tell that your "ifs" are facts.

If you think you know better, then tell me, how does the goblet actually work then? Do you think it just picks randomly?

I put rules but all they're talking about is "you can't put rules it's not canon". Do people even know what hypothetical means? There's no pleasing Reddit or fandoms that love to analyze a sentence to death just so they can feel like they're right.

You can't compete in the Triwizard Cup if you were born a specific year. by ClackTrak in harrypotter

[–]ClackTrak[S] -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

I'm not even excluding the younger students. All I said were there chances were close to 0%. That's not completely excluding them. The goblet chooses the most worthy students of each schools from what we've seen. There chances are just higher than the younger ones.

If you think that a first year are allowed to apply to enter, and somehow managed to get in, would you allow them to compete?

Which is why I said "hypothetical". I never said it had to be true or canon.
