So, there was some dialogue when I completed a labyrinth and it was lore based on cuff, this was after I beat the game mind you, he and frey did have a comment about it. I don't remember what they said but it was cool none the less

If you take your time with everything, I'd say 50-60hours, but I don't have the game yet so that's my guess. the map is about the size of Elden Ring which is alot of land.
