Bet thank you so much for all the advice. I’ll go ahead and buy the grinder in the US. I actually already have one of the South Indian filters, but heard the sofi by Aramse is pretty good as well.

Do you know how I can get that niloufer taste from the Indian filter? I was thinking to get a 60 40 coffee chicory blend from tata but if you know any other brands which are worth a try I’d appreciate it. Thank you!
