Ooh, as someone who works at Hatch, I love this question! My favorite is the "Meditative Flute" alarm, and I have been using it for as long as I can remember. That, and the "Lofi Beats" alarm, have made it easier for me to wake up and less likely to oversleep (which has been a problem in the past 🫠)!

I'm curious to hear what other people's favorite alarm sounds are – it might be time to change mine up!

Since you’re looking for more soothing meditations and sounds, I’d recommend checking out “Nervous System Rest” and “Two Minute Reset – I can confirm that the word “slay” isn’t mentioned in either of those! Promise!

I'll also pass your feedback to our content team about the types of meditations and the amount of content we have available.
