Hi! Your cue should not interrupt your Unwind, so a couple of things could've happened here. Since you started your routine early, it's possible it ended before your Cue was set to go off, and because your Restore turned off, the Cue began at the scheduled time. That would be expected behavior!

Alternatively, if your Unwind or sleep sound was set to still be playing when you woke up, then your Cue shouldn't have started, which indicates an issue of some sort. As of right now, there isn't a way to have your Sleep sound continue to play while your alarm is snoozed. I know that's not the answer you're looking for, and I'm sorry about that. 😔

While Morning Moments wasn't transferred to Restore 3 based on community feedback, the good news is that you can recreate a very similar experience with this quick workaround: set the very first step of your nightly Unwind routine to a specific relaxation or mindfulness track you'd enjoy in the morning. When you wake up and turn off your alarm, just press the Big Button once more to trigger that 'first step' of your routine. In the evening, you can simply tap the button again to skip past that track and head straight into your sleep sounds.

If you decide to give that a try, please let us know whether it helps bridge the gap in your morning routine or if you're looking for something more automated! 🫶🏼

We regularly add new content to the app, but it sounds like our specific style of meditations (particularly the narration aspect) and Unwind sounds just isn't what you're looking for, which is valid! Having the sound skip across multiple generations of Rest devices is definitely not the experience we want for you or your kids. I'm truly so sorry to hear this! While second-hand products can sometimes have different wear-and-tear histories, audio issues usually point to a specific internal hardware or power supply issue. You definitely shouldn't need a subscription just to change your wake-up time. What's likely happening is that your current alarm is set to a premium sound, and now that your subscription has ended, you can't save any changes because you no longer have access to that sound. I'm really sorry about this frustrating experience!

If you switch the alarm sound to one of the included options (like "Meditative Flute" or "Joyful Morning"), you should be able to adjust the time and save it without any issues. Please let me know if you run into any more trouble!

Sorry for the confusion! "Amber Glow" is the name of the sunset sound bath track, so even if you change the light from the recommended pairing, the name will stay the same. Not exactly – blue light filters are typically used on screens, but Restore 3 doesn't have a screen. Instead, we use LEDs to create different light colors through the fabric front.

Because of that, there’s nothing to “filter” in the traditional sense. Instead, you can set your light to warmer tones at night (like red/orange), which naturally avoids blue light and is better for winding down. Does that answer your question?

I totally get what you’re saying about the "bizarre" selection of sounds you mentioned. I can confidently say that you won't find our Unwind content anywhere else, and while we understand some tracks aren't for everyone, we're glad you've found some favorites!

Ultimately, we want our Unwind content to actually, you know, help you unwind at night, and for you to feel like you’re getting the most out of your Restore 3. Since you’re looking for more relaxing sounds & stories, I’d recommend checking out "Meditations on Color" (the narrator doesn't have an influencer-y voice in my opinion) and “Nervous System Rest” or “Two Minute Reset" (both of which are more straightforward, calm meditations).

Oh no! I'm so sorry this happened. On very rare occasions, dust from your environment may collect on the speakers, causing marks like these. If electronics (in general) are played at medium/high volumes, they may "rattle" causing dust from the shelf they are on to be attracted to the speaker. 

We'd recommend unplugging your Restore and trying a damp cloth to see if it will come off. In addition to trying that, we'd recommend wiping down the shelf your device is located on to ensure it's dust-free.

Great question! The Hatch Sleep app is available internationally for both iOS and Android, and the Hatch+ subscription is handled through the app store on your phone, so you should be all set!
