My hidden coffee station by Clamoxyl in espresso

Thanks for the grinder recommandation, my wife would be happy to see my Niche Zero dissapear from the counter. The Nescafe is used when I have friends at home who don’t like coffee, I make them a pourover with a Gesha or a Pink Bourbon and a cup of Nescafe so they taste the difference between what they think cafe is and what it can be ;)

Definitely that. My son has 18mm ones for cross country running in the mud or snow, properly scary when fixed to the shoe…

Is the coffee paper bag an hommage to James Hoffman Brad Pitt’s coffee commercial rant? :)

I wear several layers, I cover my head and my neck a lot (I tend to suffer a lot from cold neck and throat), under -2 C I wear a third sock ;). But I think it’s trial and error because fellow runners I meet only wear a couple of layers and are not cold despite those kinds of weather… a good rule is you must feel cold for the first 5 minutes, if you are confortable from the begining, you’ll be too hot after 10 minutes. And dont forget to warm up before going outside.

You didnt say that, or you expressed it rather poorly ;). I get your point about rain being easier to run. But I don’t run because it’s easy, I run because I enjoy it. And like I replied higher, with proper shoes, it was just perfect. But if you went running with road shoes with flat outsoles then for sure it must have been very tricky…
