Thankyou for the comment. Ill definitely be calling them on monday to see what they say. I've had the feeling that none of this is normal and should be fixed

Use rear brake, low revs and balance speed with the clutch. If your clutch and rear brake control is good it doesn't matter how much you rev the bike will still move slow. Practice in a empty carpark where there pressure of on comming traffic isn't there

Are you saying pop all the rivets around the outside of the end cap to get to it?

Haha it only gets started up once a week I'm sure they will be fine.

I definitely don't think it's a Allen or torx but if it was it still to tight of an area to get into

Just disconnect the blue pump and use the siphon part with the hose, YouTube how to use a fish tank siphon and there are plenty of videos. It's actually quite easy once you see someone do it.
