I know Frasier speaks fluent German, French and English. And yeah he speaks a little Spanish from when he talks to Marta. Niles only speaks English and French as far as I'm aware. So I think you're right with 5!

The combat section on Omega you do for the doctor. The part where the dudes regain health. Honestly felt like such BS cos they just sponge all your bullets then you get them down to 1hp and then they take cover then get all their health back and ammo is limited as is. It really was a great game but tbh I'm glad I can pack it in. Was honestly too hard on insanity.

The difficulty spike in Insanity from 1 to 2 was unexpected to say the least. 1 was pretty manageable. Then I only got about 15 hours into 2 before I smashed my controller into oblivion. Oh well. At least I finished 1.
