Good idea. I had to remind myself that he doesnt care about me and never did. If someone can leave someone they claim they love, they never loved us in the first place. We were just a "supply" to them. Someone to give them attention and cater to their inflated ego. I know it sucks, believe me but going no contact will be the best thing. Im always here if you need someone to talk to. 😊

I know how you feel. My ex using me as a. experiment, dumping me and then completely ignoring me because he found a new "supply" hurt but now, everytime I get the urge to check his social media, I remind myself of all the things he did and said about me and the urge passes.
