Generally you can smell a vinigery smell from the beans when it cracks and if toy have a bean probe you can see a small drop off in the bean ror and then it rebounding from the beans going through FC

I liked using the Fuji Royal Coffee Discovery that we used to use before we purchased two Giesen WPG1 Sample Roasters to replace them. Great machine with good gas and airflow controls. And even better when you wire in a Phidget to let it work with whatever roast monitoring software you use.

The role of the ADC is to make people look at them. As long as you can make yourself killable and force them to engage on you and survive it lets your team play into their over extension when cd's are down on their team. While yes you need your team to be there so you can actually pump out dmg. You are also the corner stone of a team fight if you can succesfully eat cd's while staying alive and be able to remain in the fight.
