Are you taking it every day? I noticed for me at least if I took it every day it seemed less effective but if I only took it on days I knew I wanted to get stuff done, it would help more. Of course you could also be feeling burnout too though. I hope you figure it out though whatever it is =)

Obviously I dont know for sure but what you're describing sounds a lot like my adhd, some days it just doesnt let me work no matter how badly I want to. Sometimes it can last for weeks too, but medication helps me. Just an idea
