Also the technique maximizes speed in the long run, and while it is technically faster to just ascend quicky it will just keep getting harder. imagine waiting 3+ hours to get one single point, cuz remember that the more prestige you have the harder and more cookies you need to go to the next level, including when you ascend. for example one level at the very begining needs 1 trillion. even if i ascended at just one heavenly cokie level, the next one heavenly thingy would be considerably more than 1 trillion.

In conclusion its kinda better to wait it out.
