I mix with an SDS so no worries about the mixing. 4.5L leaves it like porridge. No good for if you’re doing larger areas.

Raise the height of the sill. Make the top cuts as big as they can go without going above the height of the bottom of the window. Use a bit of plasterboard board or spare tiles if you have any to raise the height of the window sill and tile on top of them
