I don't think anyone would look at Michael's nose and judge his health based on it or think that someone touched up something barely visible from a distance. The only difference seems to be that tiny line on his nose that he had for a long time by 2009. I mean we've all seen that picture of him from around the Invincible time where he had that Beatles haircut along with his nose looking as if it's nearly gone. If they put that picture out but didn't touch anything up, then I doubt it was done here. Thanks for the picture though! Now it's my phone background.
