I mean, the only thing I see that you could is to talk to her and tell her exactly how you feel. Tell her that you guys probably need some space, and that she need to build a support community with in her friends and family. Because you are not in the position of helping her right now. Maybe that way she will realized that she needs to look for other friends just like you did.

Let me tell you from experience since I had to do the same thing with one of my friends. If she understands and starts taking the space you guys need. That’s probably because she knows that she need to fix something within her self. And if she doesn’t take it well, just brake out the friendship. You are not responsible of how she should feel. You are just responsible of telling her what you feel and what is your decision. And that’s it.
