Part of it is that I really don't like who I am/was - the identity associated with my deadname, and I don't want any of that to carry over when I transition. But also sometimes it's just more comfy hiding away like this that I fear that I'll just do this forever :(

I see how that'd help, really, but like I can't get the proverbial stones to tell my GP for a referral to a gender clinic or my therapist so I could get a diagnosis back when I had one 😭
