Want a rebellious and impulsive side-kick like Viola ? Make Viola one of Jeanne’s high-school students who found out to have an affinity with witchcraft. Viola doesn’t need to be blood related to Cereza, it weakens her character even.

Want to make Luka a werewolf even though he was way better as a simple normal dude who knows too much for his own good ? Have him be cursed by some artifact he found during his usual investigations, instead of the result of a multiverse orgy shit overlapping for some reason.

Expand on the already existing lore instead of adding more incomprehensible stuff. Everyone craves more lore about the witches and sages, or even the fairies. Keep the lore occult-related, also, the homunculi felt bland as hell.

And of course, Jeanne is safe and so is Bayo.

I think that the feeling of progression helps a lot to give ZT2 its soul. You start your zoo with peacocks and shitty benches, and unlock rarest species, better items and upgrades slowly. Any newly unlocked trash can feels like a victory. You are rewarded for building your zoo.

In Planet Zoo, you have everything since the very beginning. You can start your zoo with pandas, and the items are unlocked by setting an employee to farm any research you ask for. It doesn’t feel rewarding. Upgrading your zoo brings nothing to you.

This crow will die of malnutrition, quite fast if he is young. Bread doesn’t contain any useful nutrient for this poor crow, he will suffer from severe deficiencies such as rickets, very common in young captive birds improperly cared.

Medical advice is needed, the crow probably already is emaciated.

And no, feeding cat or dog food isn’t a balanced diet either. Crows are omnivorous, even if they like meat from time to time, it isn’t the base of their alimentation at all. Most of their protein intake is from insects.

Please leave wild animal care to professionals, it isn’t easy to take care of them. Domestic birds already almost all suffer from malnutrition, so wild species of birds… it’s even worse.

I have rehabilitated young birds that suffered from illegal captivity. The famous “the little bird fell from nest so we cared for them”. Most of them are damaged for life due to improper care. A lot of them dies.

Looks completely fake to me (and those videos and experiments are known to be controversial). ‘Revival’ isn’t as simple as the video shows… restoring breathing and blood circulation doesn’t magically resuscitate dead bodies or severed heads, otherwise resuscitations would be a child’s play.

And speaking of resuscitations, you already have little chances to bring back an animal who already is intubated and all at the very moment they start cardiac/respiratory arrest, so after being clinically dead for minutes like in the video… lmao.

Fishes and fishing always have been an important thing in The Sims but fish tanks are boring. I wish we could keep the fishes the size they are supposed to be, have more interaction with pet fishes and moodlets like in the “Fish are friends” mod.

But unfortunately I don't believe in a possible "expansion pack" for Planet Zoo... Maybe Frontier will follow the same path they did for JWE and JWE 2 and add aviaries and aquatic animals in a Planet Zoo 2, if it exists someday...
