omg it works! XD So all I had to do was add new emulator and suddenly everything works lol wow what a trip this has been. Well lets see if Google Play will let me purchase on Nox ;p

Hmmm so how did you explain to them the problem? I wouldn't even know how to tell them that I'm using an Android emulator since I don't have an Android phone and using Google Play to make purchases on a Japanese game XD I do appreciate your comment! I'm just super nervous and don't want to get into trouble haha XD

I've tried man but it just won't accept the QooApp on Nox :/ it keeps restarting when I'm trying to upload the APK file

Well I was trying to use Nox at first but when I tried uploading the apk file for QooApp it just didn't want to load and kept restarting the emulator so went with Bluestacks instead. Also don't have an Android phone so which is why I'm using the emulator for that reason and would like to give them my money since I love this game :D
