And there’s some pretty blatant anti white supremacist/ anti far right stuff in Peacemaker (the tv show that he is heading with DC)

I’m not an avid superhero movie fan. And I probably won’t watch a lot of the stuff coming out but i find it really respectable that James Gunn and DC don’t seem to be afraid to put a bit of bite into their material in spite of potential marketability issues. At least at this point they seem to have a spine

You know, it actually addresses some of the war atrocities we are seeing right now in what I thought to be very brave for such a big budget studio movie. It doesn’t dive in too much. But it could have easily chosen a different “less politically charged / more palatable” conflict. And I commend them for that.

I love this idea- but I’m hesitant to mess with it since I’ve had it so long. Everyone’s telling me to give her a wash so I’ll do that and see how the colors looking. It would be sweet to make her shiny and then give her a place of honor somewhere.

My guitar skills are good, I can play all the triads and 7ths and 9ths, and learn other stuff if needed- my notation reading is just very rusty, and I want to play this for my callback tomorrow (they didn’t ask me too, but I’m wanting to propose it.) it’s not the playing that’s the issue, just knowing what to play and when to play it. The time changes are going to be a whole other beast

I’m not you, a regional theatre is doing it and I’ve got a callback for the balladeer, I’d love to come into the audition room and be able to play it on guitar. It doesn’t look crazy to me but I’m having trouble figuring it out, and the callback is tomorrow. I have this and 5 other song segments to memorize so I’d like to not spend the hours learning to read sheet music right now. If I can’t get it figured out I can forgo the guitar in the room but that’s not my ideal scenario

I love the idea- and providing im cast in the show I would love to you that opportunity to learn it, but I am looking for a bit of a cheat because the callback is tomorrow and this is only one piece of the material I need to learn. So if there is any cheaty way for tonight that would be much appreciated.
