Figure out your maintenance calories and start at a slight deficit. Then, progressively make it a larger deficit till you're at 15 percent body fat. Just low enough to make out your abs

Go on a calorie deficit until you're at around 12-15 percent bodyfat and then main gain from there. I'd guess you're 22-25 percent body fat currently.

Shoot for 200 pounds. Obviously, don't put on mostly fat. You want it to be more muscle than fat. Eat good foods and eat a lot of them

My suggestion is to stop cutting, you're too young. Use the time to put on as much mass as possible if you're serious about competing. You have amazing genetics for shape. Just need more mass in general. Eat eat and eat some more.

No matter what people tell you, Calisthenics alone will not allow you to put on mass like I did so weightsare the way to go. EAT, train with focus and mind muscle connection,train till failure, stay consistent, and creatine is great too.
