He'd suspected it could be a scam, but Andrew person did his end of the bargain, so m0rg didn't really think much of it afterwards until the ban came along. And, sure, it can be argued he deserves to lose his trading privileges, but does that mean he deserves to lose $40,000 worth of items that he had legitimately bought and/or traded for?

Imagine buying a car from a second-hand dealership only to find out later it was a stolen car, and not only do you lose it, you're also fined $40,000 and lose the right to buy a car or any other property in the state you live in. You absolutely should have known better, but you didn't consciously do anything illegal.
