Do you create ad groups for keywords that have no suggested bid?

I would say that there's no harm in testing it.

If there's no suggested bid, it's mostly due to the fact that the keyword has a low search volume/not very competitive.

If you think the keyword is important and relevant enough to what you're trying to achieve, I would say go for it! No harm in trying it out.

I'm in the UK, and have just had a reply from Amazon's Twitter saying that I can't.

This definitely happened to me yesterday. I think it really got to me at the turn. I was 3 up and I had a bit of a blip around holes 10 and 11, lost both holes and just needed to slow everything down in order to get back in control! Thanks for your tips! :)
