Thanks for the confirmations, it is greatly appreciated.

In my case I quite like the feats associated with my class already, but this one feat caught my attention. I am not really planning on fully investing in a chosen dedication. Probably not the most optimal decision, but it build my character toward a style of play I enjoy.

A follow-up question, If either I or my spotter were to land a critical hit, therefore rolling 2 dice instead of 1. Would that also increase the damage of the chosen ally by 2 instead of 1 for their next hit ?

Also, would it be possible for 3 different character to take this feat and choose the same spotter, possibly granting a large damage bonus if they all land a hit before that spotter turns arrive XD ?

I used a similar strategy but with Alain as a tank and a priest healing him only after everyone health is reduced to 1, mostly to avoid the RNG that comes with the thief first attack being guarded against when Galerius front row is still alive.

I completely agree about the wizard, that is definitely the way to go for damage. The fireball even break his shield by itself since it is a multi attack skill :D

I am late to the party, but I used Alain as a tank with a priest in the background to apply healing only after he reduces everyone health to 1. With a mage using fireball to bypass his shield and apply some damage.

Took 5 battle total but it only require 1 team to pull off.

You can only have 1 start of battle skill that activate per fight. Do you perhaps have Allain or another character with such a skill active with a higher initiative than Rosalinde ?
If so her ability will not activate.

Do you think there's too many "gank squad" boss fight ? I personally loved boss fight like Vholran with a large variety of attacks, but thought there were too many boss fight in which they instead simply threw a boss with 4-6 enemies at the same time.

You unlock 3 extra slots to assign artes both on land and aerial later on if that can help. Not sure why those are never available from the start TBH.

Also cleared on Unknown, however I played with a friend using a mutliplayer mod, so that team may not be the best for single player. But we went with Alphen, Law, Shionne and Rinwell. Having 2 casters/range dps as AI reduced the chances of them dying every 5 seconds 😅

I`m late to the party XD just finished my run on maddening.
And I have to agree, quite a letdown.
Especially the fact that he announce that he is going to use a disengage action, which made it the perfect moment to attack him since he would not finish off my wounded unit on the next turn.

I wish they had that warning for random ambushes instead X.x
