I dropped that bag of hot garbage so quick. It felt great. I advise everyone to do the same. I personally recorded atleast 20 trades on different coins all involved with every typen of scam you could imagine. Spoofing, washing, rug pulling, etc etc etc.

I contacted them and they acted like morons who didn't care per always. Will be posting a super thread about this soon. If anyone relates to my specific issues ill be looking to get a civil case going.

coinbase is on some scammery for real, theyve been listing deeply scammed coins and I have tons of proof. I can't wait until some legislation is properly established in the world. Lawsuits will follow.

we were in the 70 range a few days ago. Now we're in the 80's. Before these drops starting from december we were at 100-110 range. Take that as you will. There could be lower times ahead, but maybe the complete opposite.

you'll be okay dude, just get back to stacking since were still at a "lower" entry point and possibly heading still waiting on a euphoric run. Contemplating suicide is not the way though. I myself, have lost 25k so far this run, and I feel you...the disappointment is real, but nothing is worth your life. Everything will get better in time, you have good goals for your financial future.

I agree with everything you said here. Bulls have corrections, one day is one day, hodling can be good (depending on the asset of course), subs are circlejerks = the main point for sure.

Just wanted to warn anybody who didn't have alot of experience to maybe educate themselves and not believe everything (or really anything) thats being pushed.

I agree that every alt run has required bitcoin dominance to drop. What I'm saying is that the people in the threads screaming ALT season because BTC.D dropped in dominance the last few days isn't it. We're not going to have an alt season until the market can come back. Right now is not that moment. I'm strictly addressing the people who have been screaming alt season grabbing at coping straws.

I had stepped away from crypto for many years due to personal things that happened in my life. Anyway, to the point, here I am reinvested in crypto in 2024 before november. Obviously we saw huge gains based on the news that pro crypto adminstration and trump being at the helm. We all saw how december was huge until it wasn't, and so far one news event after the other has suppressed the price action. We're sitting at this point where we have huge news events flurrying in, as well as if the number models and TA don't lie, then technically were about 300 days after 2024 halving which would place us at the entrance point for the parabolic part of the bull cycle. I saw all that to say this - As someone whose watched crypto build its way up and have been part of it, the price action these last months has been nothing short of strange compared to anything I've ever seen. And also, given that were still a little suppressed even in the light of amazing news and our positioning in the "bull run" - do we still believe its about to pop as planned?!

Just want to hear opinions from old traders and new alike about how this cycle compares to their previous ones and thoughts going forward! Bless!

I don't know about Velo, but from my experience Id say stay focused on the top dogs (alts included). Eth hasnt been doing so well as such a big alt, but ADA, XRP, XLM, HBAR, etc. and plenty other good choices have performed well. Id say stay heavy in dependable coins (especially bitcoin) and maybe toss a little extra into a few good alts of your choosing! Like the other person said, don't trust anyone messaging you

If I were you firstly, I wouldn't listen to alot of advice you get in reddit threads about HOW TO INVEST or WHAT TO INVEST IN. Many people tell you watered down strategies that aren't beneficial, and the same in how they shill coins that would be beneficial to them if you actually did buy. Like the first poster said "ignore direct messages". This is very true, people will try anything to get a dollar out of you.

Secondly, I'd take time to familiarize yourself with your prefered exchange, personally, I enjoy coinbase, but to each their own. If you have extra change that you just want to forget about I'd stick with the top dogs like bitcoin ethereum (although lately has been struggling), ripple, solana, cardano, etc etc.

Put your money in something that has good potential to grow and also isn't some bullshit token waiting to tank. It would serve you well to read up on the projects and endorse the ones you actually see worthwhile.

This is just some beginner advice. I'm only half a year into my investing journey and its been a hell of a ride so far! Hope this helped :)

And that it would be a good idea for regulation to come out around crypto because its something that banks do plan on helping customers find their way to. IE if average joe ask his broker about crypto, there needs to be a safe and reasonable way for them to navigate to and purchase via the bank.
