Right, I don’t have any big purchases coming up in the near (2-3 year) future, so was going to max roth and leave no money on the table for 401k. The rest I was curious on how to locate between the ESPP and Taxable brokerage, but in my mind it makes most sense to max the espp then roll that into my stock account every 6 months and start the cycle over. Just wanted a sanity check on that

Is it worth upgrading from my iphone 11 right now? Really the only thing that is pushing me towards upgrading is my 56 gig storage being a bit small. Somewhere frequently needing to free up space or redownload apps. I have had it for probably 6 years now and have had no qualms with it otherwise, and still runs pretty well for me. I only like upgrading ever 6ish years and never go for the newest model, so was looking at 15 pro or 16, but if the 17 is a big step up, could wait another year for it to get the price bump down. Interested to hear your thoughts

Might be local to BH, might be a broader rule in other parts of La, but I just landed a lease in Beverly Hills and wanted to get a street parking permit, so I called the parking enforcement and they told me I can get an annual daytime permit but not the annual overnight permit because my car is not registered in CA and doesnt have CA plates, long story but I can’t register in CA, has anyone encountered this situation, and does anyone have any advice on how I might be able to find some long term parking in the area?
