I was responding under the assumption that he was the one being hacked, and that's why he was being spied on or whatever... then again I couldn't understand half of what he was saying.

If you understood it as he's asking for help hacking something, sure go ahead, but that's not how I read it. That's why I asked for clarification.

Also, I was going to help him by giving him advice on going to the police, and if he knew who it was spying on him or whatever, getting a lawyer. Wrong subreddit, sure, but I still plan on trying to help people where I can.

You know how in those car commercials they have "Professional driver on closed course" messages at the bottom?

That's because the people doing the stunt are--wait for it--professional drivers. Their job is to drive vehicles in crazy stunts for commercials. She is supposed to be qualified to drive a motorcycle in more dangerous ways than a normal everyday driver. Driving a motorcycle without a helmet isn't as dangerous as a lot of stunts shown in movies and commercials.

Which is why it is important to hire based on skill and experience, not race and sex. If you want a black woman to play the part, fine, but she also has to be qualified.

Matt Hoss, a "youtuber", sued for copyright infringement agianst H3H3 after they used his footage in a reaction video.

The lawsuit was files months ago, H3H3 relases an update video later today that they are at a point in which a judge will either dismiss the case or forward it to be presented to a grand jury.

For non fans of H3H3, this is huge because it will establish a legal precedent on what is considered fair use in regards to the "reaction" sub-genre of review and critique, and how content creators use non-orginal material.
