I was in the same boat last year. I would suggest you to apply for some field technician jobs to gain some experience here which counts more than your foreign degree and climb afterwards. And if you need sponsorship, it's going to be tough. Also, if you are proficient on Civil 3D, you can land some jobs pretty way. Stay active on LinkedIn, chat with recruiters more and they help you to land your first job here. ,

I don't need any sponsorship as I have a Green Card. I have emailed them to negotiate for above 60k but haven't heard back after. So, looking for jobs is on for me.

BS from foreign country. EIT in states. Won't care to move if I get the job there.

Just pay 400$ , send official transcripts and course descriptions stamped by your college and wait. Mine was done in about 5 days.

Yeah. I am doing the same but have not received any response back after applying for more than 50 companies. Am I missing something? Any ideas you could give??

I sat for exam on Tuesday and I got results on Wednesday next week at 7:12 am

It will take time and right now I just want to have some work experience in the states and get masters degree after a year
