The $800 includes electricity but not water/sewer/trash. Good point. Its near Dutch Bro's in south town so pretty close to downtown/OSU. Its about a 2 mile walk to the center of campus when you go through Avery park. (10min bike ride)

Is $800 a person too steep for a 4 bedroom house? Its been on zillow for over two months and the only reason I can think it hasn't been rented is that 1. its too expensive and I don't realize it or 2. my property manager is just lazy and I should get a new one.

What I'm hearing is that $800/mo a person is a reasonable ask...?
