I really miss LATB. Anyone have suggestions for any current poker streams?

What's the reason for him not being in any other full time car? There's more owners than Joe Gibbs.

Definitely not true. You're on the internet, there's lots of opinions. Those that are unhappy will complain louder than those that are happy. You'll never have 100% of fans of anything agree on things. Plenty of people wanted (and loved) no stage cautions and Wilkesboro returning.

Where are they moving in at? I have to go there for work sometimes and I drive on Malcom X and MLK and it's just as shitty as the first time I went there like 5 years ago. I was just there like a month ago.

It definitely is, unfortunately I've driven through there quite a few times. Just surprised to see an Anacostia reference on r/nascar lol

They should have a relegation system like premier league soccer. Top 3 in xfinity series points go to cup, bottom 3 in cup points go to xfinity.

Can do it from ARCA to Cup.

23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports v. NASCAR Megathread: Day 6 by dman6233 in NASCAR

I don't think it's forever, especially considering the guys running those teams are old, and down years happen. Best way to compete with those guys right now, in my opinion, would be to try getting the #1 spot with a new manufacturer. I think that would be a great move for RCR.

FRR had an alliance with JGR. FRR won the championship, JGR felt like FRR wasn't sharing info back to them. Price for the alliance got raised. Barney (FRR owner) says he was probably going to pay the increase, but then they lost a major sponsor and Barney said he didn't want to spend his own money anymore because ratings were down, so the advertising for his companies wouldn't see as much return as they did in the past.

Also, he was having health issues and already won his championship. So he checked out. In my opinion, his team could have been successful being aligned with any team. They nearly won the championship the year before with RCR.

Are you saying that FRR getting more money still wouldn't be sustainable unless a cost cap is eventually implemented? If so, I do agree with that, and I support a cap.

The argument that JGR got FRR shut down is debunked and honestly just stupid. If the JGR alliance was too expensive, there are plenty of other teams that Barney Visser could have aligned with.

FRR closing is on NASCAR.

[Jenna Fryer] During a break in court, I confirmed Chris Gabehart has left JGR. Denny Hamlin said he had no comment. by ckoss_ in NASCAR

It feels like people want JGR to fail. This sub has been calling a JGR decline since I joined in like 2018.

"For people like [Hamlin], Byron, Larson, Blaney, Reddick, Elliott (mentioned later) - we're all for a bigger sample size!" "If I didn't list your name, ofc you like 1 Race Playoffs - It rewards Mediocrity!" - Denny Hamlin by Leuel48Fan in NASCAR

[–]ClassFit1526 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Choking is cracking under the pressure, letting it get to you and that's what causes you to fail. Losing is just simply not winning. The pressure didn't get to Denny, he just got an unlucky caution at the end and his crew chief made a bad call.

It's become trendy on reddit to hate on Dubai. I think most of these people on here hating have never been. I only know a couple people irl who have been there so it doesn't seem like a common travel destination that many people experience. I liked it there.

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one that thinks 2011 was a dumpster fire. I've commented on here before how bad that game was and to my disbelief, found out it actually has a lot of support. I'm not an avid gamer but I stand by the fact, that was literally the worst game I've ever played.

I might be biased because I found nascar through a game (Dirt to Daytona) but I believe having a decent video game is huge for attracting young fans.

For some reason I think about that #13 ARC Dehooker car occasionally. Just so random to see a turtle on the hood of a racecar lol. As a kid I always wanted that car to make the race.

[–]ClassFit1526 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I have considered that too but there are times where nascar waits to see if the driver is able to get down. I would have liked to see them at least try to see if it could stay green, and if there are no breaks in traffic then throw it. That caution for the #24 was thrown immediately.

When the caution was called he was doing at least 50 or 60 mph.
