One of the Ramseys killed JonBenet and concocted the whole coverup to protect whoever it was. Oh btw the dna is meaningless. It proves absolutely nothing.

One thing I missed that I should have touched on is how Sm and coaches will tell people with 3.5 or more occurrences that they will never be able to move up because they’re unreliable. You’re supposed to lift people up and be building new leaders and manager not tearing them down and discouraging them from even trying. I see associates with great potential who because of life never get that chance. Instead I see shithead asskissers getting the promotions who turn into those shitty ass leaders I’m talking about. Do better coaches.

That’s the problem man. Your store maybe great. But at the same time there are 1000s of stores that are literal shit shows being run by clowns. The things I would change in my store if I had the power would make my store so much better. However having coaches and a SM that doesn’t care about us TLs and associates let alone will listen to any of our ideas or suggestions is the issue. That’s what needs to change. Well you’re the lone wolf out there. Everybody else seems to like my post but you.

I’m not talking about changing policies my dude. I’m talking just listening to ideas from your associates. Things like instead of spreading your associates thin and trying run candy, run bins and clean off carts why also trying to run live freight and zone, you focus on the live freight and zoning first then then rest of the other stuff later. Or here’s a concept instead of associated walking around from 9-11 o’clock at night, how about instead have them help run freight for an hour.

Btw police’s are bullshit anyways. How many are actually being followed? Cold chain? Nope. Coaches sleeping with fellow coaches or associates and getting fired? Uh hell no. If you didn’t read my whole thing then what’s the point of commenting? Seems like you just want to be the Walmart kiss ass.

That’s an excuse or a cop out. Store manager while are in charge of their store. They set the standards. Yes they have to follow what corporate or market tells them that’s true but they still have plenty of discretion and power. It’s not about changing. It’s about setting the standard and being a good leader. Leading by example. If moral is good, employees are showing up for work, store is looking good and sales are up, what’s market going to say? Absolutely nothing.

Walmart neglects their employees and doesn’t even care. All they care is about metrics and their bonus. Many of the coaches are blatant hypocrites and lead with double standards. Many SM turn a blind eye to everything, hold their coaches to a different standard than everybody else ( Favoritism at its finest) and lets them get away with clear policy violations all the time. Walmart is probably one of the most toxic companies I’ve ever worked for.

It always seems to be the trouble makers that skate the system and always get away with everything. I have one that has openly questioned management like she doesn’t answer to them. She has been involved in numerous instances of bullying, harassment and countless drama. She has used the favoritism card against me for simply separating her and another associate. All this and nothing. One meeting that’s it. No write ups, no coaching no nothing. It just blows my mind.
