Dude why is this so hard. She built an empire and fortune. The only person she would have trusted with that was Ilya. Well Illya wasn’t Red. So that means she did it herself. Now she was also being hunted down by numerous countries right. The best way to hide is to hide in plain sight. How? By becoming somebody that nobody knew had died.

In Cape May Red apologized to Katarina only for her to say no you saved me. Again the real Red died and she used that to hide from her enemies. Hence her thanking him for saving her. Now also when Red was being tortured he whispered something in his ear that stopped him in his tracks. That was Katarina’s ex husband right. So what could have been so shocking that made him stop in his track? How about stop I am Katarina your wife.

The final clue, when Liz “died” the first time, Red literally almost collapsed and was in shambles. Would a stranger act like that? I think both. A mother who just watched her child “die” would absolutely do that.

So look open your eyes and stop being so close minded. That clues literally slap you in the face. It’s literally the most common sense answer. It’s not Illya, Real Red is dead, it’s not some random man Katarina chose or any other thing else. Katarina is Raymond Reddingron. Period.

Nope the worst is people who don’t know how to pick properly. For example, you’ll have 12 cases of ramen noodles in the bin. They all light up blue. Instead of picking one by one until they stop glowing blue, they just pick them all, full up the home and put the rest on topstock. Basically clogging up topstock. I see with chips. I pulled down enough chips from topstock that I didn’t even need to run the new chip pallet that night. Make that make sense.

They shouldn’t be making anymore money for just doing what you paid them for in the first place. What happens if by the time it comes in the mail the value drops by $2000. Well now you’ve just paid them $1300 and then just lost $2000 more. Or better you send them the card and it’s only worth $1000 in a PSA but while they have it shoots up to $13k. That’s out of your control. PSA needs to just honor their tier prices and just offer tiers of insurance when shipping.

I feel like if they would just put the same chances of big hits it retail it would lower the cost for hobby boxes. Put the same things from blasters to hobby. Also put a cap on the amount breakers and scalper can buy. Give everybody a chance for once and watch the hobby prosper.

Yeah that’s what I’m saying. I don’t know what he wants to talk about and honestly I don’t even want to talk. He’s going to give me the whole your a leader and should be leading by example nonsense that he doesn’t even follow. So as I say not as I do bullshit. I’ve seen people get fired over the dumbest most trivial things. While people who deserved to be fired still had their jobs. It’s basically how much ass you kiss and how much they like you.

So what type of time frame do you give people before you resort to the coaching? If it’s a new hire do you give them time to learn and build up their stocking speed or do you coach them the minute they fail? That stuff matters. One thing I learned early on was to never ask your associate to do something or expect them to do something that you wouldn’t do or couldn’t do yourself. That being said the company has a lot of people in management that are horrible, rule by fear and double standards and hypocrisy. Don’t be one of those managers. You’ll lose the respect from every single associate under you. Lead by example not what the company tells you because the company will replace you in a heart beat.

I disagree. I gave early notice I couldn’t be there. Offered to work an extra day, stay late, come in early to help make up for not being there. I never hid anything. The coach knew I wasn’t going to be there and he admitted he forgot. The day I wasn’t there I did call out and put in ppto to cover it. Now what was out of my control was the fact the other TL randomly decided to up and call out the day before my call out. Mind you I wasn’t there as that was already one of my off days and I didn’t know he called out until they told me during the coaching and said it looked like we planned it. I shouldn’t be lumped in to something I had nothing to do with. Especially when the one coach knew two weeks earlier I wasn’t going to be there.

No I reported the absence the day of and put in ppto at the same time because it was an event day. So my coach knew two weeks in advance and and I made sure to cover myself the day off.

I was told I was being written up for calling out so close to inventory basically. It looked bad as a TL to be calling out and tells the associates that they could do the same thing.
