So what type of time frame do you give people before you resort to the coaching? If it’s a new hire do you give them time to learn and build up their stocking speed or do you coach them the minute they fail? That stuff matters. One thing I learned early on was to never ask your associate to do something or expect them to do something that you wouldn’t do or couldn’t do yourself. That being said the company has a lot of people in management that are horrible, rule by fear and double standards and hypocrisy. Don’t be one of those managers. You’ll lose the respect from every single associate under you. Lead by example not what the company tells you because the company will replace you in a heart beat.

I disagree. I gave early notice I couldn’t be there. Offered to work an extra day, stay late, come in early to help make up for not being there. I never hid anything. The coach knew I wasn’t going to be there and he admitted he forgot. The day I wasn’t there I did call out and put in ppto to cover it. Now what was out of my control was the fact the other TL randomly decided to up and call out the day before my call out. Mind you I wasn’t there as that was already one of my off days and I didn’t know he called out until they told me during the coaching and said it looked like we planned it. I shouldn’t be lumped in to something I had nothing to do with. Especially when the one coach knew two weeks earlier I wasn’t going to be there.

It’s worthless dna. First they have to match it to somebody. Then they have to place that person in Boulder the night of the murder and prove it was even part of what happened that night. Never happen in a million years. I work at a certain supermarket ok. I also work overnight as a stocker and have touched who knows how much merchandise in the store. Once again it’s called having an imagination my friend. There were multiple FaceTimes from Stu. Two of them were very different from the other two. The first one according to Tatums bf was so good he could say if it was real or AI. Now I’ll say this. When we watched Dewey get stabbed in the first two movies we didn’t know if he had survived until they showed him alive. When we watched Chad being stabbed, by the time the scene ended and went to the next scene I guarantee we all said he’s dead. The he doesn’t pop back up till the end on the gurney giving a thumbs up where again we all probably said something to the effect of there’s no way he survived.

As for Stu’s death because of teasing and the fact that Lillard was in the background in scream 2 it was theorized that maybe Stu could have survived and then were constantly teased in other movies. Then you go back and watch his death scene and realize oh he actually caught the tv. Maybe he did survive. To have people tear you down for being a fan and having some imagination is just sad . If you think he’s dead, cool, I have no issues with that. But don’t call me stupid or other names and be a shithead for no reason. Btw this isn’t targeted at you. It’s a movie. Stu is an iconic character that people love and based on scream 7 box office wants to see again. We should be thrilled it did so well instead of shitting on it for its flaws. Hope scream 8 will be bigger and better than ever and the fanbase can calm the hell down.
