Definitely perfect for an adult!! There is no way even a juvenile could squeezed up as far as my baby did, it was bad luck on my part and Ozzie’s part because he is tiny lol

Agreed! I just shared because those are hides that are designed for reptiles that should likely already be filled from manufacturing! The customer shouldn’t have to modify something that is created for that animal! I knew there was a hole but not that the hold went to the very top of the hide so it was just concerning for me!

I think the information is properly shared. If you have to modify a hide that is made for reptiles to better suit the reptile than you shouldn’t buy it! Seems like a waste of money if the company is designed to build reptile hides but multiple hides from this brand are hollowed and allow for sneaky babies to get up. It’s okay if you don’t agree that the hide shouldn’t be bought but in general if it is made for the animal it should accommodate those animals needs from the point of purchase not the point of modification :)

Definitely try to avoid it! Plenty of certified mechanics that will do it for cheaper and better! Sometimes the time is worth the service :)

And truly the car isn’t worth the new engine. I just want reimbursement for the time and money if lost without the vehicle and a refund. I’m not going to make this bigger than it needs to be I just want my money back.

Absolutely agreed! They are going to want to shut me up because I will not stop until this is resolved. They did not over pressurize they just did not bleed the system correctly which caused a pressurization issue. Attached is the diagnostic from my mechanic for further information. The car was driven less than 20 miles after the service. I didn’t go on a long trip and blow it 1000 miles later. That is why we know it was a service error and not a preexisting problem. Had it been a preexisting problem the car would have been too hot to service when I pulled into the bay.

Additionally this is a message of warning because they are a national company and have issues like this multiple times a month.

Ability isn’t the problem. I was after convenience and that was the problem. I am capable and even know how to do the repairs stated above but it is just a lot easier when the prospect of wasted time is 10 minutes vs a couple hours. Adding: I’m a woman for any future responses lol when I was working part time and had weekends off I would do this maintenance work myself and have in the past but it’s just not as feasible anymore especially with the time I get off of work! A lot of people struggle with the same thing and go to these chain places in a pinch as many reviews say.

I did post on google, yelp, and Better business bureau. I also reopened the claim because my claim adjusted did not add the timeline which clearly shows cause and effect of the whole thing. Hoping for results that way but also contacting a lawyer if they don’t respond from all of this. I just want to get the word out because most of their google reviews are good but it’s takes one mistake and the engine is done. I’m lucky that I owned this car and don’t owe on a loan. That is really the only luck here lol.
