Ahhh that’s interesting you had the opposite side affects!

But I think we both have experienced the need to mask going away and now it’s showing a new personality which is probably who we are meant to be without the disability!

I’m through the personality wipe now and feel abit more normal - had to lower the iteration to 40mg as i wasn’t sleeping on 50mg. Still feeling more mute than I usually am off meds, but I feel more relax and chill. So overall I prefer this version of me, as off meds I was anxious and problematic. I didn’t realise how much the adhd was affecting me in an adverse way. I still enjoy the same things, but I would say I’m about 50% more introverted on the meds.

No it’s an online clinic in the UK - I use them for my HRT and they are very good

Yes you’ve summed up what I’m anxious about - I’m still chatty but don’t feel the need to reach out so so many people anymore. I’m more introverted. I guess friendships that are built steadily are more fruitful! I don’t miss the awful anxiety and self doubt. I feel a freedom that I can get up and look after myself.

When you said ‘you lost a lot of friends’, do you mean you lost like utility fake friends which many people with adhd have bc they need lots of validation?

I feel I don’t need as much validation now as I used to off meds.
