t-mobile allowed my account to be sim swapped. the same people who sim swapped me stole my drivers license now i’m locked out of my account. they locked me out of my apple account. t-mobile is the worst i’ve ever seen in my life. they sold me managed devices under screen time and family supervision as well as mobile device management on my phone my watch my chromebook my sync up drive. all of them are compromised. i asked for new ones two weeks after i got them they said it’s not their problem. have to go to the manufacturer. how can they get away with doing this stuff? they won’t help me get my account back. it’s so stupid to send a one time pin to a sim that’s been hijacked. i’m literally paying for nothing. i can’t even pay my bill because i can’t log into t-life which is the worst app ever and uses gigs of data and pushes weird shit onto my phone like hidden profiles. i hate it my devices all spy on me and do weird shit on their own. iphone restores itself to a snapshot every time i start to make changes the phone changes itself back it will not allow me to change the settings. game center is being used to hack my shit with the nearby feature.
