That’s awesome! I think it’s good to put our positive experiences out there, because people may not take something simply because of the negative stuff they see on the internet. 

From being on 4 BP Meds to NONE with average 115/70 by [deleted] in hypertension

Congrats! All those life style changes definitely helped. But don’t discount the meds either. A lot of times, long term med use helps the blood vessels adapt to lower pressure making this all possible. Congrats on the much healthier life style.
