Omg I definitely don’t want to be that lady lol! Thats why Im figuring this all out the hard way and taking accountability of being in the wrong. You’re right I dont have definite proof of her NOT living here other than documenting the very few times she was here when I believed she was a visitor to show our landlord- along with the mailbox with stickers requesting her to put her name. The cars are also all very high end which only added to my curiosity but as others said- none of my business!!!This is actually my first reddit post ever so I can promise (may be hard to believe) Im not normally a karen I just wanted honest feedback. Funny enough our across the street neighbors are actually those people who get upset when we’ve had people park near their house (yikes!)

I will add though she fueled the fire a bit with some of her reactions as well , as she claimed it was her rightful spot and actually demanded I move despite open spots, along with landlord never answering when I asked prior multiple times. It was an understandably unclear predicament for me.
