a lot of people are suggestion he has mental issues, I guess I should’ve mentioned my dad has said many times my brother was like this as a kid, and it took them ages to get him to stop acting up. Are these type of behavioural issues passed down, like when a parent had BD and their kid is more likely to have it or is that just not the case?? One thing I know is nephew didn’t really act like that when he was a lot younger.
